CNC Turning is our primary service at ATEK Engineering.
We will manufacture your parts to meet all of your requirements and to the best quality providing you a friendly but professional service throughout. You can rely on ATEK as a key supplier to your business.
Unlike most companies, we have the flexibility to provide you a more tailored service.
We understand that sometimes things happen last minute or go wrong so we where possible we can offer a priority service if you require a quick turnaround. ATEK is always on hand to share any experience and advice, we are more than happy to guide you to ensure your product meets its purpose.
CNC SLIDING HEAD TURNING
We use the Latest CNC turning machines in the industry.
Our workshop has 4 Sliding head machines from STAR & Citizen.
Our STAR machines can manufacture parts up to 35mm and have HFT technology and our Citizens can manufacture parts as small as 0.5mm.

Once your parts are finished in production, we can send these off for treatment so that you receive the finalised product ready for what you need it for.
We only use reputable companies for these services and will check that their processes comply with any specific requirements you may have.
LARGE QUANTITY ORDERS
Our production handles large quantities on a regular basis, we do not have a maximum order quantity and have the capacity to stock your parts. You can have them when you need them and we use next day delivery services as standard.
